Makeover Your Diet With These Healthy Food Swaps

Eating a healthy, balanced diet doesn't have to require you to change your whole approach to food or cutting out all the foods you love! It can be as simple as making a few changes to the pantry staples you have. Next time you do the weekly grocery shop, try swapping out the following:


1. Canola oil for extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
