BODi Recipes: Low-Carb Pizza

With this lower-carb take on the original, you don't have to give up your Friday night pizzas while still sticking to your healthy eating! Simply replace your usual pizza base with wholewheat wraps for light and crispy home made pizzas!



Wholewheat wraps


BBQ sauce

Red onion, sliced

Mushrooms, sliced

Capsicum, diced

Chicken, shredded


Greek yoghurt, optional



1. Assemble your pizzas as you would normally, with a light sprinkling of cheese. Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for around 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and melted, and the crust is crispy.

2. Top with fresh rocket and a drizzle of greek yoghurt. Serve and enjoy!
