Chocolate Brownie "Nice" Cream

Ingredients:
1 can coconut cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Steps:
1. Firstly, place a dish in the freezer to chill. Meanwhile, in a blender mix together the coconut cream, cocoa powder, maple syrup until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
2. Pour the mixture into the chilled pan and place in the freezer, mixing every 20-30 minutes to avoid the mixture becoming icy, and thaw before eating if need be.
3. Serve 1-2 scoops, and enjoy!

Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients:
2/3 almond flour
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
2 eggs
5 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup of natural sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
A pinch of himalayan sea salt

Lemon Coconut Balls:

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tsp sour cream
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 lemon zest
1/2 cup of almond flour
1 tbsp of natural sweetener
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup of shredded coconut (to roll the balls in)
Steps:
1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the coconut) together until well combined and freeze for 5-10 minutes until firm.
2. Remove from freezer and roll 10 small balls, then coat with coconut and freeze for a further hour.
