BODi Recipe: Low-Carb Protein Balls
Give yourself a little extra boost before a workout, or just treat yourself to a a sweet snack with these delicious, low-carb choc-coconut protein balls. They are super quick and easy to prepare using our BODi pre or post workout, or even our meal replacements! (And as a helpful hint, you can substitute the coconut oil for our BODi liquid sachet to save you buying more ingredients!). 1 Scoop of BODi Pre or Post Workout, or Meal Replacement Powder Sachet
2 Tbs of coconut oil or from BODi Liquid sachet
2 Tablespoons of cacao powder
1 Tablespoon of finely ground coconut
1/4 Cup of flaxseeds
2 Tbs of low-salt nut butter
A few finely chopped nuts
How to Prepare:
- Mix dry ingredients well, then adding wet ingredients and combine until smooth.
- Roll into balls press chopped nuts over the top, followed by a sprinkle of the ground coconut.
- Leave to set in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Enjoy before a workout or as a sweet treat!
