Juice of a lime
Sugar (for the rim)
1. Run the lime wedge around the rim of your champagne glasses and dip into sugar.
2. Fill half the glass with champagne, topping up the rest with cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime.
3. Finish with a lime wedge and frozen cranberries. Cheers!
