Here are our favourite healthy ways to cure your hangover quickly so you can still make the most of your weekend and keep your health goals on track!

If you are after a savoury fix, try switching out a plate full of bacon for some vegemite on rice cakes. The classic spread will help curve your cravings while replenishing vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B9.
3. Sweet Potato Fries
If binging on a McDonalds breakfast is more your style, try opting for oven-baked sweet potato fries instead!
Load up on watermelon, apples, oranges and any other fruits that will help to rehydrate you as well as pumping you full of nutritious vitamins!
