With winter nearing the end and spring and summer fast approaching, wedding season is just around the corner! If it’s your own wedding, or a close friends, you probably have everything planned down to the detail, but one thing you may not have thought of is what to eat beforehand! With hours of hair and makeup, photoshoots, the ceremony and the reception ahead of you, loading up on protein and healthy fats is absolutely essential to fuel you through the day!
