What does healthy mean to you?
Healthy to me means having a balanced diet and exercising regularly.
What does your day on a plate look like?
Breakfast- Avo on toast with a poached egg or yogurt, muesli and berries.
Lunch- A sandwich or a salad
Dinner- Crispy skin salmon with broccolini and sweet potato
Snacks- Tuna and crackers, almonds or fruit
How did you become a model?
I grew up wanting to be a model so when I was 21 I finally grew the courage to move from Mackay to Sydney to try my luck. Fortunately I made the right decision to give it a crack :)
What was your New Year's resolution?
To see more of the world and work harder to achieve my dreams!!
