A BODi Day In The Life

BODi has been designed to replace your breakfast, lunch and dinner 1-3 days per week, but the best part about it is that you don't have to give up your favourite drinks and healthy snacks during the day! Check out our suggested foods list here for the best, low carb snacking options for your BODi days. A full day on BODi might look a little something like this:


8:00am - BODi Breakfast sachet


10:00am - Long black coffee with a dash of unsweetened almond milk and a scoop of FOCUS: Brain Boosting Complex

12:30pm - BODi lunch sachet

3:00pm - 4-5 rice crackers with a tablespoon of cottage cheese and a cup of green tea

6:00pm - BODi dinner sachet and palm sized fillet of salmon with fried tomatoes, onions & spinach
