Traditional Chinesefertility management

rebecca offers a specialised program for fertility clients. the program involves weekly holistic treatment with acupuncture, herbs or a combination of both.  she monitors client progress via our bodi therapies basal body temperature chart, and a series of questions unique to the individual.  the charts are part of our fertility pack which also includes articles clients might find useful to help them get more in touch with their bodies and minds.  the fertility program can be useful for clients who have not yet undertaken fertility management via conventional medicine, who are already on that path, or for those who are currently undergoing ivf procedures.  fertility clients need to allow at least three cycles for treatment to be effective, but should feel some change in their general and overall wellbeing after one or two sessions, and throughout the course of treatment.

the owners of bodi therapies – gus and toni higgins, used chinese medicine treatment to help in conception of their two lovely girls, which is why tcm fertility is so close to the heart of bodi therapies.

pregnancy support

along with the pregnancy massage therapists here at bodi, acupuncture and chinese medicine can be very helpful in treating many of the problems inherent during pregnancy.  these include morning sickness, anxiety, raised body temperature, fluid metabolism issues and restless foetus syndrome.  routine pre-birth treatment programs can also be implemented to ease labour and promote safe delivery.
